Charming Stay with Delightful Dining Options
We enjoyed a wonderful three-night stay in a beautifully appointed suite. A highlight was the exceptional food experience at the on-site restaurant. the flavors truly impressed us! One small suggestion would be for the bar staff to check-in more frequently as closing time approached.

missingWrote a review on 01 Octriverside locationcomfortable bedgenerous spacedisappointing shower
Riverside location offers a serene setting, perfect for unwinding. The room features a comfy bed and a generous space, providing a cozy retreat after a long day.
The shower pressure disappoints. it operates like an old electric unit, often fluctuating from slow to scalding, lacking the comfort of a proper pump. Cleaning issues arise, particularly around window sills that seem neglected, making for a less-than-ideal view. Noise from nearby events can interrupt your relaxation, especially in rooms close to the festivities, leaving a bit to be desired when it comes to peace and quiet.

Couples should consider this place
We stayed overnight and the breakfast was surprisingly good, they had a spread that catered well for both vegans and non-vegans, something rare to find. The room was clean and spacious, really appreciated having a comfortable queen size bed. It’s little details that made it better than expected.
On the downside, the prices at the bar were a bit steep but, you know, they keep it classy.

Just a good pick for short visits in Bedford with great value-to-price ratio. The cleaning staff made my room up daily, which was nice. Make sure to clarify any breakfast charges upfront to avoid surprises.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed live performances nearby and spent time golfing onsite. The terrace by the river was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Just a heads up, the restaurant staff seemed a bit chaotic at times, but overall, it was a lovely stay and I’d recommend it!
One downside was the heating control. We had no control over the heating, which made our stay less comfortable than expected. Make sure to layer up if it gets chilly!

the bed was super comfy and huge, didnt hear any noise at night which was great. the grounds look nice and the restaurant had a cool vibe, especially with the river view. breakfast was really good, i would def come back just for that and a good night's sleep. overall, enjoyed my stay!
the food for dinner was kinda meh, not terrible but not great either. also, the presentation could've been way better for the starters, looked like dog bowls lol.
